Highline College has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to provide enrollment and degree verifications. The National Student Clearinghouse can be contacted at:

Non-Clearinghouse Processing

In-person Requests

Bring the form from the employer, housing office or other entity to the Registration front counter on the lower level of Building 6 during open hours.

Email Requests

Please scan and email the form to us at registration@highline.edu. Be sure to include your ctcLink Number. It takes up to 10 business days for a paper verification to be completed. When the verification is complete, you will be notified to come pick it up at the registration front counter.

Students

Enrollment Verification

1.  If the proof of enrollment requires a school official’s signature, you can request a verification letter by filling out our request form.
2.  If the proof of enrollment does not require a school official’s signature, you can print a copy of your class schedule using the ctcLink Student Homepage.

Enrollment Verification for Loan Deferment

Highline College uses a service called the National Student Loan Clearinghouse. Student enrollment information is sent to the National Student Loan Clearinghouse each quarter. The National Student Loan Clearinghouse sends this information to the loan organizations quarterly.
