Welcome to Registration and Records
Highline College welcomes you to Fall Quarter! Student Services is currently operating remotely. While campus remains closed, the fall hours of remote operation are listed below.
October 5 – December 18
Monday, Wednesday and Thursday: 8am – 5:00pm
Tuesdays: 8am – 6:30pm
Fridays: 8am – 1pm
During the evening hours: 5:00 – 6:30 pm, Student Services will be providing services for Advising, Cashiering, Financial Aid and Registration.
Furloughs will be initiated by Highline College starting October 16. Employees and administrators do not work on Furlough days. Although our services will not take place, all instructional classes will be held at their usual scheduled times and places. The eight (8) furlough days planned are: Friday, October 16, Wednesday, November 25, Thursday, December 24, Monday, January 4, 2021, Friday, February 5, Friday, March 12, Friday, April 23 & Friday, May 28.
Registration and Records creates and maintains accurate student records while helping students navigate the college’s policies and procedures. Staff personally assist students, faculty and staff with; processing add/drop forms, verification of enrollment and degrees, graduation evaluations, diploma processing, grading functions, incoming transfer transcripts, official transcripts and student records while ensuring that accurate enrollment and graduation data are reported to the state and federal government.

Dates and Deadlines
Stay on top of important dates; such as when the quarter begins or ends, registration times, last days to drop classes with or without grades posting to transcript, and tuition due date.
