Fall quarter Math Brush-up Workshops September 29 - December 12, 2025
At the Math Resource Center, there are several workshops presented by our tutors to assist students in some core topics.
Why attend a workshop?
The Brush-Up Workshops are perfect for students who want to:
- Review essential skills to qualify for higher-level Math courses based on the Informed Math Placement.
- Enhance your success in upcoming courses by gaining a brief introduction to the key concepts covered in each course.
- Utilize various Brush-Up sessions to review and prepare for your final exams in current courses.

No workshop will be held on October 13 or November 13.
Math Resource Center
The Math Resource Center (MRC) is a welcoming environment where students can connect with peers, tutors, and faculty to discuss mathematics, work on homework, and ask questions. The MRC provides in-person drop-in tutoring support. Additionally, online e-tutoring is available through Canvas for after-hours and weekend assistance.
